Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Green Leaf Concierge LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”). By booking a service, signing up for recurring plans, or accessing our website, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Services Offered

Green Leaf Concierge LLC offers the following services:

  • Trash Valet

  • Pet Waste Removal

  • Mobile Auto Detailing

  • Pressure Washing

Each service may be subject to specific policies, eligibility requirements, and pricing, which are provided at the time of booking or outlined in your service agreement.

3. Appointments and Scheduling

  • Services are available by appointment only and must be scheduled in advance.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and access information.

  • Missed appointments due to locked gates, unsecured pets, or inaccessible areas may result in a forfeited service without refund.

  • One courtesy reschedule per month is allowed for recurring services. Additional changes require 24-hour notice.

4. Payments and Billing

  • Payment is due at the time of booking or by the invoice due date for recurring services.

  • Accepted forms of payment include credit/debit card, cash (by approval), and electronic payment platforms.

  • Late payments may result in service suspension or cancellation.

  • All prices are subject to applicable local taxes and fees.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

  • Refunds are provided only for prepaid services not rendered due to company error.

  • No refunds are issued for missed appointments due to customer inaction or non-compliance.

  • Early cancellation of yearly plans may be subject to a service fee and prorated refund.

6. Service-Specific Terms

Trash Valet

  • Trash must be bagged, placed in the provided 13-gallon bin, and set out between 6:30 AM and 7:00 AM.

  • Loose trash or overflow may not be collected.

  • Repeated non-compliance may result in service suspension.

Pet Waste Removal

  • Pets must be secured during service visits.

  • Customers must disclose any known pet illnesses or parasites in advance.

  • Additional fees may apply for yards over 1 acre or heavily soiled yards at the start of service.

Mobile Auto Detailing

  • Vehicles must be accessible and parked on a flat, safe surface.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service in unsafe or unsanitary conditions.

  • Prices vary based on vehicle condition and size.

Pressure Washing

  • Water access is required.

  • Service areas must be cleared of personal items before the appointment.

  • Pricing varies based on surface type, size, and condition.

7. Equipment and Property Access

You grant Green Leaf Concierge LLC permission to access your property to perform the services agreed upon. We are not liable for property damage due to pre-existing issues (e.g., loose siding, failing paint, damaged concrete, or pet waste accumulation).

8. Liability Disclaimer

While we take every precaution to ensure high-quality service, Green Leaf Concierge LLC is not liable for:

  • Allergic reactions to products (please disclose sensitivities)

  • Damage caused by misuse or misplacement of bins, mats, or other materials provided

  • Pet illnesses or injuries not caused by our direct actions

  • Weather-related delays or service interruptions

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, and service materials are the property of Green Leaf Concierge LLC and may not be reproduced, republished, or redistributed without written permission.

10. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate or refuse service at any time due to:

  • Repeated violations of these terms

  • Unsafe or unsanitary conditions

  • Non-payment or late payments

  • Abuse, harassment, or threatening behavior toward staff

11. Modifications to Terms

Green Leaf Concierge LLC may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The latest version will always be available on our website.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state of [Insert State], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
